LIGHTWEIGHT FOAM CONCRETE PRODUCTION UNIT

Lightweight foam concrete production unit was our first industrial activity.                   

Lightweight foam concrete is mainly used as thermal and acoustic insulator.

It's properties are mainly:

1- Thermal Insulator.

2- Sound Proof.

3- Cavities Filler.

4- Directing water to drains through slope systems.

5- Fire Resistant.

6- Non Corrosive.

7- Resistant to Chemicals.          

In order to produce Isolite lightweight foam concrete we have invented and marketed special machineries used for mixing, pouring and pumping final product to the desired place:

- Isomixer Single. (half cubic meter/batch conventional LWC mixer).

- Isopump ( 12 cubic meters/hour pump w/tanks , on 4 pneumatic wheels).

- Isofoamer 1000 (3 in 1) comprising a complete set of one cubic meter mixer/batch, foam generator and a 12 cubic meters/hour capacity       pump transporting the final mixture up to 100 meters vertically.

- Isofoamer Compact (One cubic meter mixer &  150 meters pumping unit).

- Isofoamer Infinity (Continuous Foam Generator).

 PLASTICS PRODUCTION UNIT

This unit is responsible of the production of PVC granules used as raw materials for other RBCO products. These granules are fabricated from resin and other additives, used for the production of the following final articles:

- PVC spiral reinforced flexible hoses from 1/2 up to 8 Inches internal diameter.

- PVC Waterstops - Construction and Expansion joints used in building sector and soil reinforcement.

- PVC hoses for light agriculture purposes and domestic uses.

- PVC flat hoses used as canalisation for agriculture needs.

- PE conducts for electrical purposes.

- PE pipes for drip irrigation systems.

- PP-RC pipes for hot & cold water.

- PVC tubes (small diameters up to 32mm).

- PVC soft and rigid profiles ( more than 550 shapes ).

- Plastic spacers and accessories for building purposes.

- PVC chamfers, joint rules, profiles for precast and in-situ cast concrete for reinforcement, formwork and general contracting.

- Plastic Tilepads - Base for prefabricated slabs.

PAINTS PRODUCTION UNIT

It comprises many kinds of emulsions, waterproof and decorative coatings in addition to newly introduced additives for concrete & mortar as well tile adhesives.

METAL WORKS

It includes various industrial equipment and machines designed by our company.
